Kids Muay Thai
Our Kids Class is built with the vision to incorporate the benefits of Muay Thai training with everyday life skills. Our Kids learn the importance of respect, focus, discipline and perseverance while also having fun and staying active. These classes are well structured and supported by quality trainers who encourage our kids to train to their full potential. We believe “practice makes improvement” which is why we offer Kids Classes five days a week!
Muay Thai & Boxing Fundamentals
Our Fundamental Classes are dedicated to the understanding of Muay Thai, and breaking down the techniques and skills that you are being taught. With a slower paced learning environment these classes really enable you to hone in on these skills and perfect these techniques.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - All Levels
Whether you have previous Jiu Jitsu experience or are just starting out, our BJJ All Levels Class will benefit everyone. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (known as “the gentle art”) is based on technique rather than strength, giving everyone an equal opportunity to defend themselves and remain calm in an otherwise stressful situation.
You will learn the self defence aspect of BJJ along with modern techniques which are competition oriented.
BJJ is very beneficial for both your physical and mental health - improving your cardio, flexibility, strength and endurance.
MMA - All Levels
MMA training is a great way to improve your overall fitness level and build strength, endurance and flexibility. It also teaches self-defence skills and can boost confidence and mental toughness. Our classes focus on the different aspects of MMA training through wrestling, takedowns, grappling and striking.
